Jordan has been part of the findependent team since July 2025. With nearly ten years of experience in e-commerce, tech, and lifestyle sectors, he brings a broad understanding of efficient processes and customer-focused work. Most recently, he worked as a Category Business Manager at Digitec Galaxus and previously gained experience at Tesla. For several years, he has also been deeply engaged with ETFs.

Holding a master’s degree in Business & Economics from the University of Basel, along with further training in Sustainable Business Strategy and solid skills in marketing and process optimization, Jordan supports the team with a versatile skill set to improve internal workflows and sustainably enhance support for our customers.
