Prof. Dr. Thorsten Hens is deputy head of the Department of Banking and Finance at the University of Zurich. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bonn and, before coming to Zurich in 1999, was chairholder at the University of Bielefeld. His areas of expertise are Evolutionary Finance, Behavioral Finance, Fintech and Blockchain.
